Jin-woo arrives at Antares’s location and the two face each other directly for the first time. Antares is enormous — not in the way of large monsters but in the way of someone whose power literally distorts the space around them. He recognises Jin-woo as Ashborn’s successor and greets him with something closer to respect and anticipation than hostility. The dialogue between them before the fight begins is brief and weighty. Antares tells Jin-woo that this is the confrontation both of them have been built toward. Jin-woo agrees.
