Su-ho tracks down a lead on his mother’s disappearance and discovers that Cha Hae-in’s vanishing is connected to the Itarim’s dimensional activity — she was pulled into dimensional space by an Itarim mechanism designed to remove powerful variables from Earth’s defence before their main assault. She is alive, stranded in dimensional space, unable to return without an external anchor. Su-ho now has two missions: defend Earth and find a way to pull his parents back.
